Jacqueline Chow is a non-executive director of Coles Group Limited (ASX: COL), nib holdings limited (ASX: NHF) and the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce. She is also a senior advisor with McKinsey & Company RTS. Jacqueline brings to organisations, corporate leaders and boards, her demonstrated ability to drive growth and accelerate performance across global businesses. She is passionate about unlocking value through the entire business value chain by growing customer demand, by utilising disruptive technologies, innovation and digital platforms, by driving productivity and efficiencies at every level, and by embedding leadership behaviours and transformational change.
Jacqueline has over twenty-years operational experience running large blue-chip multinationals across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the US and Latin America. Previously, Jacqueline was deputy chair of Global Dairy Platform and Chief Operating Officer of Fonterra Cooperative Group, responsible for its $6 billion consumer and foodservice business across 80 countries. She also led the company wide business transformation to accelerate performance. She has significant experience driving customer-led growth in the global consumer goods sector, with general management roles leading the Australia and New Zealand businesses of Arnott’s and Campbell Soup Company, and marketing and innovation at the Kellogg Company.
Jacqueline is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Chief Executive Women. She has an MBA in international business strategy and finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University USA and a Bachelor of Science (first class honours) from the University of New South Wales Australia.
