Jada Whyman, a young Indigenous Australian with ancestors from the Wiradjuri and Yorta Yorta peoples, grew up in Wagga Wagga before moving to Canberra, and later Sydney, to play football at the highest junior level.

Jada has represented Australia in the Junior Matildas as well as the Young Matildas. She was awarded the National Premier League's NSW Goalkeeper of the Year in both 2015 and 2016. Passionate about football from an early age, she signed with the Western Sydney Wanderers in October 2015 at the age of 15. She made her debut in the Sydney Derby in the Westfield W-League 2015/16 season.

Since then Jada has been fortunate enough to remain with the Wanderers and was the inaugural recipient of the Role Model Award, selected for her contribution to the club's onfield campaign as a talented keeper, as well as for her continuous advocacy as a mentor for young Indigenous players. Jada is an Ambassador for ANZ stadium and uhlsport Australia and has come to the Minerva Foundation for extra assistance in communications and corporate issues.
